Beyond Music
The early 2000s marked a turning point in Roberto’s life, as he realized that technical-musical skills represent only a portion of the competencies needed for a musician and conductor.
During his conducting course with Maestro Aldo Ceccato, Roberto reflected extensively on the importance of communication, emotional dynamics, and their influence on both personal and professional life. Driven by the desire to deepen and go beyond mere technical execution, he embarked on a journey of personal development, exploring the emotional aspects connected to music and the mind.
Starting in 2001, he participated in a series of advanced courses and studies until 2012, exploring various disciplines, including Transactional Analysis, the Feuerstein Method, and neuroscience.
At the same time, he collaborated as a teacher and trainer with training and human resources management companies, including DI.VI. srl. Since 2012, together with Dr. Stefano Foroni and Dr. Matteo Fantinel, he founded the project “La Strategia del Cerchio” (“The Circle Strategy”), providing coaching on emotional awareness, leadership, and team building to cultural and sports organizations as well as prominent companies.
