Without words, without lyrics, instrumental music is able to touch the deepest chords of the human soul.
The works of the great composers not only tell stories but also evoke moods: joy, sadness, nostalgia, and even triumph. They invite us to reflect, to dream, and, above all, to feel alive. Whether it is a moment of introspection or a celebration of life, instrumental music continues to be an inexhaustible source of emotion and inspiration.
1. Affective Neuroscience:
Music often accompanies our daily activities and experiences in everyday life. Think about a significant moment in your life or day and imagine what music might best accompany or emphasise it
2. Biography of the Author:
An in-depth look at the lives of the composers whose works will be featured in the listening session.
3. The Author’s compositions:
Examples of instrumental masterpieces will be presented, with related musical analysis. Some pieces will be performed live on the violin.
4. Listening and Explanation of the pieces:
Listening to representative instrumental compositions and explanation of their emotional impact.
5. Final Discussion:
Sharing of personal experiences related to listening to instrumental music.
